Official Pest Prevention

Very happy with my services with Official for the past few years! They keep my home bug free, and show up quickly if I am having issues or a new pest control situation. We have had Jacob as our technician and he has been wonderful! He always makes sure to ask if there is anything else he can do to ensure quality service!

Don’t hire these idiots. They left two baby opossums in a cage for several days at the Econolodge in Woodland, without water or releasing them. They eventually died. This is a violation of law. They are supposed to check the traps every 24 hours. They were contacted and told the animals were in the trap and they still did not respond for several days. It’s animal cruelty and against the law.

Cody did an excellent and thorough job. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the process and has gone above and beyond expectations! Excellent coverage.

i’m rating 3 stars because i had my initial extermination for fleas today around 8-10am. firstly, i was told i would get a call when the technician was on the way. i did not. so he arrived and i was thrown off guard and quickly got out the house out of his way. then i saw he was inside my 2-story house for a total of 5 minutes only. i called customer service and a manager has now been sent out to redo the service. i’m very satisfied with this but wish it had been done right the first time. i also checked the email summary report of the first treatment and he didn’t even treat for fleas at all even though that is what i reached out for in the first place. i’ll attach a photo of that email now. again, happy they were able to fix the solution but disappointed there was something to fix in the

My technician Miranda C. Was wonderful and very polite. She let me know everything she was going to do to alleviate our ant issue and followed up with saying if we have any issues between the service to call and they could send her back out. She also asked me if I had any questions before leaving, which I appreciated and let me know as well that everything would be safe for my cat pumpkin. She also cleaned for cob webs and set up some rodent sensors which I thought was pretty cool. I’ve never seen a pest service set up rodent sensors before unless you are having a rodent issue and even then I’ve never heard of them setting up sensors. They usually will only do traps.I personally would like her to come back and do our services for our plan in the future since she made everything simple and
