Matt did a great job diagnosing my garage door opener. The issue came down to a bad circuit board, which needed to be ordered due to the model being discontinued. Matt returned after ordering the part , and set up everything . Works great now. Highly recommend!
Great service beginning the moment I placed my call. The technician (Matt) came out promptly, diagnosed the situation, presented my options, and took care of the issue. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Will definitely use them again.
Christian evaluated my garage door damage and gave me several options based on cost and how extensive we wanted to go. He fixed the garage and it works great now! We will be using OGD in the future! Edit: We had them come fix a chain coming off the sprocket on the garage door opener and they got here quickly and did the repair and it was a reasonable price. We’ll keep coming back to OGD!
