Ogden's Flooring & Design

We had a pretty horrible experience here. We chose Ogdens because they told us they could have it done within a week of handing them our money. It took closer to four. They were horrible at communicating timelines or delays. And there was probably five times they told us someone would be at our house where no one came. The baseboard company they sub contracted really made a mess of our house. They got paint ALL OVER our brand new floor, that we had to scrub off ourselves. They also damaged some of the surrounding walls and floors. Finally, they messed with my tools and walked off with some of my painting supplies (Ogdens did reimburse this loss). To make up for some of this nonsense, Ogdens did install some quarter rounds for free, but I don’t think they could have chosen a worse color to

We selected beautiful flooring from Ogden flooring and had it installed in our new home. We were living out of state and relied on Dave Brown to help us order and have the installation completed. He was very friendly and knew the business. He had good recommendations. The flooring arrived late delaying the completion and we had a few hiccups along the way. But we are very pleased with the end result.

If buying carpet were an Olympic sport, Ogden Flooring and Design (Orem location) would take gold. Shawn Anderson was an absolute legend. Super knowledgeable, zero pressure, and somehow helped us find high-quality carpet for less than half the price other places quoted us for the exact same stuff. Half. The price. Math was checked. Bonus points because they gave me a Pepsi while we were there. Extra bonus points because rumor has it if you’re really nice, they’ll give you a free drink every day you stop by. I cannot confirm this long-term commitment, but I respect the energy. Great people, great prices, great vibes. I hate "salesy" people so I was extremely glad I didn't get that at Ogden's. Dave Brown couldn't have been more knowledgeable or professional when I asked hundreds of questions. I know what you're thinking - that's a salesperson's job, and you're right it is. But even after the sale he continued to answer all of my questions and told me to call him anytime during the installation process, which is huge because I'm installing it myself. He's pretty genuine and just wants to help the customer because he loves flooring that much. Great service! Definitely using them again. 10/10

The staff at Ogdens flooring were amazing! Dave and Jacee were friendly , knowledgeable , accessible and helped me work with the limited budget that I had.. I am so grateful for all that they did on my behalf . I will be using Ogdens in the future for any further flooring needs thanks to my great experience with them. I recommend them to anyone who would like a positive experience getting new floor.
