As of February twenty sixth 2026 Thursday evening I realized I had run out of oil and my boiler wouldn’t pump heat and my hot water wasn’t hot. I placed a call to OILEX for a delivery and I was able to receive it the following day. I assumed that my system would work as usual, but I was unaware that it would need to be primed to release air in the lines. I called back Friday morning and was told that a service technician could come Saturday. I was amazed. I thought I was going to have to wait longer. Having not been able to shower for two days was awful and I thought it would be worse, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our superhero Andy showed up today to help with a bad sensor on our oil burner. He had us up and running in an hour after a long cold night. The detailed and visual explanation was something I’ve never received from a repair company of any kind. He gave us options and treated us like family. OilEx is awesome. I’ve been using Oil Ex for the past year and a half, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. They always answer the phone when I call and consistently deliver oil exactly when they say they will, which is something I really appreciate. Recently, my heat went out, and they were able to respond quickly and help get the issue fixed so I wasn’t without heat for long. Andrew was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
