We were hving trouble with the water termpersture in one of our showers---It started off hot turned cold. Justin took the time to figure out what was wrong; it took a couple of visits, but he ordered the part(s) that were needed were ordered and installed them, and the probme was solved. We're longime clients of Okey Plumbing, and we recommend them to the sky. Ten stars. I think (see below) that the correct service to check is "water heater repair." And the bill struck us as being eminently reasonable.

I gave this company 1 star because they showed up on time. April 22,2024 Due to water leaking, the plumber spent over 2 hours @$190/hr replacing the outdoor water spigot and roughly $60.00 on parts he chose. On or about the 1st week of April I turned on the water and water was leaking from the on-off knob.. I called Okey on April 25,2025 and April 28,2025. I explained to them why I hadn't called sooner (grief). The lady actually said I should have called them to "winterize." What a joke!! They declined to repair the knob without billing me because my 1 year warranty expired 3 days prior to my call. Surely if anyone asks for a plumber recommendation, I will tell them Do Not use Okey!

They installed all piping (plumbing and gas) , and new water and boilers for my house in last 18 months. You should know that the reputation of Okey is tied to the founder Okey. He no longer works!!!! you will get second rate people coming to your home - they are all nice guys but are not the experts you would expect given there prices (they try to come in low but are still expensive). please do reference checks or work done in the last 18 months. I wish I did a better job of doing that.
