Daniel and his entire team (Blaine, Kobe, Corbin, Matthew, and Kyle) have been a pleasure to work with since day one. We had extensive plumbing repairs needed and this team went above and beyond ro ensure our house was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They took extra time explaing the process, were diligent in their work and documentation of issues found and repairs made. I had been having plumbing problems in my home for a couple of years and had your typical plumbers come out and do inspections and quick ‘fixes’ only for the problems to never go away. Fast forward to when the problem advanced and started coming out from my walls inside my home. I immediately knew to contact Stephen at Okie plumbing because I knew they had advanced technology to figure out the real problem. He came in about 10 minutes to assess the situation. Turns out, I had busted pipes that had flooded underneath my home entirely. Where other plumbers never took the time to figure out the real issue, Okie made the time and took appropriate measures to locate the issue and take care of the problem immediately. I called another plumber. First, who told me I had nothing to worry about. There was no leak in the upstairs shower wall. The downstairs ceiling was saturated holding water. I called Okie. They got me right on the books came out. It took a while, but they went above and beyond to find the leak replace the old fixtures and fix the leak. Amazing customer service amazing communication very little destruction, and cleaned up all of their mess! I’ve lost the other plumber’s number and replaced it with Okie!!!

Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with a home repair. They never tried to upsell us on a product that didn’t meet our needs and recommended a less expensive replacement. On top of that they were willing to come back to make an adjustment that really didn’t fall within what “had” to do without an additional service cost.
