OnSite Heat & Air

I needed a licensed HVAC tech to troubleshoot an issue with the mini-splits which were installed just prior to us purchasing our home. Contacted On Site Heat and Air. Tyler was assigned to my request. He called letting me know that he was on his way and provided a time when he would be on-site. Tyler diagnosed the issue, walked me through the steps and even told me the parts were under warranty. I appreciated the communication and his interaction with me while he was on-site. They are definitely my go to HVAC group. I highly recommend.

We've had a great experience with Onsite Heat & Air. All the technicians are professional and very polite. They installed our heat and air units and performed the follow up maintenance. We will definitely continue using them for heat and air up keep.

ON SITE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! I called the emergency 24/7 phone number on Sunday to let them know our A/C stopped working. I spoke with Jeremy and he let me know that he personally contacted our property manager for our rental and that everything would be taken care of. Jeremy was fully transparent about pricing, and that a tech was headed my way! Within 10 mins the tech arrived, he was so kind and very professional. I felt safe and comfortable letting On Site into my home with or without me being present. The tech for On Site fixed my A/C, showed and explained to me what the problem was and how it was caused. Our furnace broke down just as the weather turned bitter. They got the part quickly and we had heat again. The servicemen were polite and efficient.
