Our AC went out Friday evening, and Sitton Mechanical bent over backwards to get it running again. They explained everything thoroughly, including the what, why, and price. I was very impressed with their willingness to help us when we were in a pinch and in for a long and hot night.

We had a wonderful experience with Sitton Mechanical. The problem we had with our AC was resolved swiftly and our technician, Jackson, was kind and well communicative. A positive experience overall.

Richard Sitton has been incredible to work with! We were set on using the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Mini split system for our new build. He was the only HVAC installer out there willing to research the unit and installation. The unit is in and in typical Mitsubishi fashion, working phenomenal! Thank you Richard! Timeline arrival. They did their assessment. I thought we'd have to schedule a follow-up for when they had they parts, but they had a spare motor on hand and fixed our air conditioned that day.

We've contracted with Sitton Mechanical to give our HVAC system a checkup twice a year - summer and winter just before it gets hot or bitter cold. BEST DECISION EVER!
