Avoid This Contractor – Unprofessional and Overpriced Experience I had a very BAD experience with this cement floor refinisher. When he first came for an estimate, he spent a long time talking without getting to the point and ended up giving me two different estimates. He later returned to do “samples,” but before even starting, he had me watch videos about the process and made me jump through unnecessary hoops. Then came the shock — he charged me $2,500 just for the samples. He claimed $1,250 of that was for color samples, yet when I decided I didn’t want color, he still demanded the full amount, saying it covered his “time.” After cashing my check, he sent me a new estimate that was DOUBLE the original price!
