Craig runs the show himself but does not communicate directly. You must call his office and leave a message and then await a response. I was trying to hire his service on a weekly basis but gave up after responding to two texts without response back and then trying to leave a message. He did deep clean once and I would give him 3-4 stars for that cleaning. I was also disappointed that when he loaded his car with his materials after cleaning he was unable to fit everything in and then stored his materials in my garage.
