Rosalie’s related construction concern Blooming Interiors Inc. is what I call attention to. They owe thousands in deposits for uncompleted work even before considering the damages left behind. Missing; cabinets, sanding/spackle/paint, appliance installation and they threw up cabinets over unfinished walls. Incompetent and a touch of willfulness as if I was hostage to pay for these failures. I received less than 50% contract value. The cabinets reinstalled. They made the choice when they accepted the contract balance to complete the work. It is they who failed the contract and quit. Additionally, I added the photo of work through mid-February 2024 which Blooming Interiors (Rosalie’s grifting contracting concern) failed to complete as they quit in November 2023. Rosie is very dependable and trustworthy. Attentive to even small details. Always planning what needs to be done and when, taking pressure off me. Always helpful with extra projects. Don’t know what would I do without her help. With Rosie and her staff I know my house is taking care of.
