I was referred to Old Town Plumbing through my home warranty company to replace my water heater. Thank you Ken Jr, for your hard work, courtesy and professionalism. Ken’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I genuinely felt like he cared about my property as if it was his own. He consistently followed up and went above and beyond. I have dealt with plumbers in the past and Ken is a the ideal person you would want to work on your plumbing needs. Kim was also very kind and courteous.. she would note all of my concerns and call the warranty company regarding any important details that I may have forgot to mention to them So I wouldn’t have to. I believe this group is a shining example of what good business should be. Thanks again Ken Jr and Kim!

Old Town Plumbing came out same day to fix a leak from our shower that was leaking into our living room ceiling. They were quick and helpful. We paid them through our home owners warranty but we’ll definitely be using them again! So kind and upbeat!

Old Town Plumbing was scheduled through 2-10 home warranty twice. We had 2 technicians arrive: Ken and his assistant. Not knowledgeable, not professional. They do not have shoe covers and asked for rags, etc. They have zero experience with tankless water heater systems. They didn't even think of looking up and contacting the manufacturer of the water heater for technical support. Do not recommend, will never use again.

I had a wonderful experience with old town plumbing. The plumber (and I believe the owner) arrived in right time frame as expected. He was extremely polite and very helpful and got right to work diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I met his wife who was outside in the truck and had a lovely conversation with her while the work was being done. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about but I have to assume they're malicious because they were timely knowledgable and tidy (wore those plastic foot wraps) and extremely respectful of me as a female home alone. I would use them again for any plumbing needs and I'm happy my 2 10 warranty sent them my way! I would reccomend to anyone in a heartbeat.

I wanted to leave a “0” rating, but “1” is the lowest rating. Ken & JR came out to inspect my leaking water heater. The took pictures, stared at the unit and set up and collected my $100 service fee. Ken told me he would upload the photos to the warranty company and then we would know what would be covered. I gave it a few days and followed up with the warranty company because I believed Ken uploaded the photos. The warranty company to this day (a week later) still hasn’t received anything from Ken. I’ve made numerous calls to Old Town Plumbing and I still have a leaking water heater and the warranty company still doesn’t have the diagnosis. I asked for the manager to call me back..still no call. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Running a business is customer service + buildin
