Ward has been easy to reach, pleasant and responsive from the get go. Early this summer he came out to help replace shingles and assess the roof in general. He found that the rubber roof will need replacement in the near future- but more urgently, his team discovered rotten wood in the gutters which threatened to destroy the hand carved corbels all around the roof.
