Olde Town Roofing

We had Brent with olde Towne give us a bid , seemed like great company, we've left another review right after the job was done , and the things they were gonna get to or come back to do , they NEVER came back to fix or finish , we wanted complete tear off , we had 5 layers or so on roof , the work was done an extra charges which we knew we would occur , we asked bout a section of gutter to b replaced also that never got done or attempted ive got the texts to prove I kept askn Brent never answered bout it , so when payment was due he was so happy to collect his money for boat gas ,but gave us shit job for roof, it leaked and we had to spend 500 of our own money ti fix our ceiling, I texted Brent our roof was leaking on our bed, it took him 2 DAYS to get back to us , then says he gues

I would rate Olde Town Roofing zero stars, but the option was not available. I entered into a roofing contract and gutter guard removal/replacement on October 23, 2024. They touted their reviews, gave paper guarantee about their work, ethics and quality. Work was ‘completed’ on 15 November, 2024. However, I had issues with shingles not laying flat, gutters not properly reattached to my home and garage and incomplete installation of new gutter guards. Olde Town did not follow manufacturer’s recommendation to use two sheets of underlayment since I had planked sub-roof (rather than plywood) with space gaps larger than recommended for a smooth shingled surface. Gutters were leaking on both sides - against the structures and overflowing on the open side and loosely connected to my struct

Brent from Olde Town took good care of us. Within 2 weeks we had a new roof with a great price. Throughout the whole project Brent was sending me updates, which really gave us a piece of mind because we have been having a terrible time with another contracting company who is doing our siding. I wish I had talked to Olde Town before we started any of our home projects. We will definitely be using them in the future for our windows.

In a world where so many businesses lack basic customer service, I was thrilled to find Olde Town Roofing to repair my mother’s leaking roof. They went above and beyond making her feel comfortable and explaining what needed to be done to repair her leaking roof, and were able to do so on the spot. They are replacing the roof next to my house. They are literally just throwing shingles off the roof, and directly onto my property. There are nails, shingles, and trash everywhere. The manager I talked was rude and acted like it was no big deal. Apparently this is how they normally replace a roof, with no concern for safety and or other people’s property. The picture below is my property. They did pick up the shingles, but there are nails everywhere. Now I have to worry about kids stepping on nails. They said they rolled the yard with a magnet, yet I have picked up handfuls of nails. I would never use them.
