I called for a service appointment and was able to get on the schedule for the next day which was great. They called and confirmed when my technician would be there beforehand, he was on time like they said. The technician taught me where to look for codes that tell useful information on the back of furnace in case I ever have trouble in the future, that was really cool. The problem was actually the thermostat and that got swapped out very quickly and I was all set within an hour and was only charged the 89 dollar service fee since I supplied my own part for the thermostat. Overall great experience. I actually used them once before at my old house and I was really glad I remembered to call them again.

Our 20-25 year old AC condenser self destructed in a grand fashion, with the fan falling inside and shattering the blades on the coils, just days before a 90+ degree heatwave was forecast. OHC was able to schedule installation of a new system within a couple of days, to beat the impending heat in the nick of time. Their quote was better, they had financing set up, they got the installation done in 1 day. Fantastic, could not recommend more highly.

We have had the best experience with this company. During the hot 90 degree weather our air conditioner went out and they came out right away trying to fix the problem after a couple test we were told we needed a new air conditioner and right away they came out and managed to save the day. They were very professional, nice and I would recommend them to anyone thank you again for your Amazing work !

Folks were able to get me in the same day of my original call when our AC went out during this lovely heat wave. They came in figured out the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Highly recommend. Easy to work with, fast and cost was as expected.
