I parked there today to attend movie showtime at Cinemark Cineart Santana Row. I parked my car for 2.5 hours and paid online $2 before leaving and when existing it was not opening the gate and was asking me to pay again which was $10. There were many cars backed up so I had no choice but pay and the receipt was incorrect saying I parked for 8 hours which is completely NOT true. I entered parking lot around 12:30pm and left at 2:59pm. How is that 8 hours?? It is possible the car reader was messed up and showing me parking fee for car behind me. I tried to call the operator but kept ringing so again I had no choice but to pay. This is ridiculous!!!

This is a hoax. Charged for a total of $14 for a 4 hour parking. First 2 hour is supposed to be free with validation from the movie theater next door. Contacted the garage management company and nothing has been done for 3 months. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Don’t ever coming to this parking lot, stupid system can let you in without reading your plate, you cannot get out without calling assistance at the exit and blocking everyone out
