Zach and Jermaine were great very professional and efficient, and they got the job done right. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what repairs were needed, and answered my questions in a way that made everything easy to understand. They also offered their maintenance package (no pressure), which I appreciated. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Zach and Jermaine from Omega Heating provided excellent service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the work that was needed. Zachary and Jermaine are the best!!! If you are considering Omega for any of your hvac issues/concerns I would definitely recommend them and ask for Zachary and Jermaine. They are extremely thorough, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They also take the time to explain everything to you so you feel confident and comfortable with their service. As a homeowner, it can be hard to find appliance techs with great ethics and morals like Zachary and Jermaine. I’m so glad I chose Omega!

My appointment was scheduled between 9–11 AM, and no one showed up. I didn’t receive a call until after noon, when I was told the technician’s car had broken down about 15 minutes away and that he would be on the way once it was fixed. I called again at 1:58 PM and was told the technician was 45 minutes away. At 3:10 PM, I called again and the technician still had not arrived. He finally showed up closer to 3:30 PM. During this delay, Nick instructed the technician to hold off on installing, and the technician left my door wide open, letting cold air into my home. Despite the excessive delay and inconvenience, Nick refused to offer any discount or solution and told me I had to pay the full invoice or he would remove the technician from my property.
