10 windows installation.-Start to finish, a first class, professional installers. Installers are amazing very communicative and respectful they picked up the generated trash and debris the next day. I could not be happier with my gorgeous new windows. Rick Pepper did not waste any of my time he came to give me a quote and the same day I knew I was going to hire their services, responded every single time I texted him to provide me with the status of my windows and he provided me with the best quote compared to other competitors. Thanks OMEGA!!

Contracted with Rick who advised they were doing bathroom remodels. A 10 day job lasted 7 weeks. The shower leaks, the vanity sinks are off center (one sink 1 inch from wall - the other was 4 inches from the other wall), there are gaps in the tiles and the grout is different colors in different areas. On top of all this we were without hot water for five days over the 4th of July holiday as the workers turned off the water to the house but did not turn off the power to the hot water heater nor did they tell anyone they had done so which burned up the coils. While their work on vinyl siding might be good....I can whole heartedly state this was the worst experience we have ever had with any type of home work/renovation we have ever had contracted.

Took alot longer to get things done had to correct things many times. Person we talked to never showed up the day workers started to say we are here. All workers spoke Spanish and I don't so was hard when things were not being done that was in contract. Still waiting on gutter guards Richard never gave answers and never answered my husband at all only me never again so far siding is good and gutters still standing hope to get the guards tomorrow. Read the reviews wish I did better.

Great experience , professional attitude and quality work. Omega Vinyl restored my faith in the professional trades industry and I was flabbergasted to find out they do much more than just vinyl siding. In fact I've just signed a contract with Omega again to come back next month to build a long awaited DETACHED mother in law suite on the very back of my property. I absolutely can't wait ! I have waited a long time to post this review in the hopes of allowing them, and Rick Pepper, to correct their mistakes. BE CAREFUL WHAT JOBS YOU HIRE THEM FOR. I had 3 jobs done by this company. The window install (2014) went so well, I rehired them for gutters(2016). That went well. I then hired them to install a patio roof (2016) to be later enclosed in. This is where it gets tragic. Today I sit under a leaky roof. The posts used for support were not braced and twisted, the knee wall isn't straight, the entire roof is not square. The worst part is that I received empty promises from Mr. Pepper via phone to rectify these issues, until one day they just quit answering my calls. I have sent messages, photos, voice mails...all to no avail. I will not ever use them again.
