I recently had an unfortunate experience with ON Demand Concrete that I feel compelled to share. While driving on I-25, one of their cement trucks was speeding past me, and concrete pieces were flying off, causing damage to my brand-new Lexus. The driver was not only exceeding the speed limit but also talking on the phone from what I could see, which is extremely reckless. Immediately after the incident, I took photos of the truck and the damage to my car and emailed them to the company. Daniel initially responded, and I was hopeful that we could resolve this matter. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience with On-Demand. I was a total rookie at concrete ordering or finishing for that matter. Jordan was very helpful in advising me as to what mix best fit my needs. I was initially concerned that my lack of experience would lead to over or under ordering. That's why I chose these guys and actually waited for the location to open in Aurora, Colorado, before moving ahead with my project. The beauty of this service is the mixing onsite which means you get what you need and you pay for what you get. It takes all the guess work out of it. Can’t speak to directly this company, but site mix concrete is a terrible product. I worked in the concrete flatwork business when I was younger so I do know the specifics of proper instillation. I used site mix to add to my driveway approx 20 years ago. House built in the 70s. The original concrete that is now 50+ years old has less cracks and little spalling. The 20 year old site mix has multiple cracks and the entire cream coat/top coat has spalled off. Also when pouring if you are a pro, you will realize the inconsistency of cure time making finishing problematic. Can’t speak to this company, but the product itself is terrible.
