Called OnTime Plumbing for an estimate to replace a bathroom sink faucet and resolve some other plumbing issues that we had in the bathroom. Dylan and Jack gave us a fair estimate for the work that needed to be completed. They were timely and very professional. Would highly recommend these two young men For all Plumbing needs, and we will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

We had a new high-efficiency gas furnace installed last month by Jack and his team, and I can’t say enough good things. Our old unit was wheezing and costing a fortune to run; this new one is quiet, heats the whole house evenly (even the chilly downstairs), and the energy bill dropped noticeably right away—about $100 less per month so far. The install crew showed up on time, kept the place clean, and explained everything clearly—no hard sell, just solid advice. They finished in one day, tested it thoroughly, and even showed me how to use the smart thermostat. Zero issues since, and it’s already survived a couple of really cold snaps. If you’re replacing a furnace, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend—5/5, no hesitation.

Excellent work as always! On Time Plumbing & Heating is professional, friendly, and consistently goes above and beyond. We’ve had Jack and Jack Jr. at our home several times since moving in over the summer, including installation of new faucets, shower heads, and toilets, a new dryer duct, and a refrigerator water shut-off valve and water filter. They responded quickly when we had a leak. Every job was done with care and expertise. Highly recommend!

So impressed! I was distraught because the wall in my bathroom had rotten out because of shoddy work by the previous owner. Jack and Jack jr took out my old shower and installed a new shower+tub combo in ONE DAY! Incredibly friendly and respectful (Jack sr called me Mr.) would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
