From first contact (I called and left a message that he returned promptly), to coordinating with him to look at the job, to showing us a sample book to pick out the color/style of flooring, to scheduling the installation, it all went smoothly! In fact, I couldn't have asked for better service. The reason I called Smart Flooring in the first place was because of a broken piece in a toilet (adjacent to the kitchen) in my mother's condo that caused the floor to flood, ruining the old laminate flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom. They were professional, on time, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. They replaced old carpet with beautiful new flooring in both my bedroom and bathroom, and the results speak for themselves. In the bathroom, they also patched and repaired the subfloor, which was a big concern for me, and it came out exactly how we were hoping. Everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done. They paid attention to details, communicated clearly, and made sure all my needs were handled along the way. The space feels completely transformed. Smart Flooring installed new prefinished hardwood floors for our three family house. Even though it is an investment property, we didn’t want to sacrifice quality service and efficiency. We had several quotes from local flooring companies but Luis prior work (came highly recommended) and how personable he was made a huge impact in making our decision to go with Smart Flooring. His crew was respectful, FAST, and the floors came out perfectly!! We used Smart Flooring to refinish our oak floors and also to change our kitchen floors from linoleum to oak. They did an incredible job and the floors look fantastic! The old floors had some stains, so they replaced boards to make the finished product look better. There is literally ZERO evidence of where the boards were replaced or where the new kitchen flooring connects to the existing dining room flooring..The final product looks so good- it makes the place look like a brand new house!
