Scott and Jose were both awesome and professional. Not only were they the most responsive and communicative, they were also the most caring and compassionate, and had the best price by a significant margin compared to a number of other quotes I received from other highly regarded local roofing companies. Literally every question I had, Scott got back to me within an hour or less with exactly the information I needed. I never felt any pressure from him at all which further made me want to sign with him. The roof job appears to be flawless and perfectly executed. Scott was there at 7 AM for prep and the team was working within an hour. I received tons of pictures after the job so I have great evidence of the process. Scott and his crew came out literally the morning after I called him to clear the snow off my roof and break up a couple of ice dams! Amazing service, nice guys, a great price and they got it done in under an hour! I couldn’t imagine a better outcome. I expected to have to deal with multiple services giving me outrageous quotes but instead I got great, fast service right away. He even gave me great advice for how to prevent it in the future. Exceeded my level of expectation in every respect from fair pricing, respect of property, cleanup, hard-working staff in 100 degree heat, and best of all their finished product that replaced the roof on my garage. The previous gambrel roof had 3 layers of shingles and areas of rotted plywood. It was a very labor intensive job. I would definitely recommend The Roofers, LLC
