On Track Garage Door

Tom from On Track Garage door did an excellent job in the installation of a new garage door opener yesterday. His work is meticulous, professional, and Tom is a delight to work with. I have used On Track for many years, and was always very pleased with the courteous, rapid and reasonably priced services Tom provided. On Track should be your first and only choice for work of this nature. You can't go wrong!

Joe Lau gave me a price and measured and according to him ordered the garage door some time in July. Told me it would take 3 weeks give or take. Now that we are here end of September he won’t return any calls or texts or emails and is completely unresponsive. Extremely unreliable and in my opinion a bold face liar to give me the run around and waste my time. Consumer beware this company is a joke, I do understand it was a different owner by the name of Tom going back a few years and Joe is the owner now but I would never recommend this company. There is zero communication and horrible customer service.

After trying to use two different companies locally. One that was priced very high and although promoted the Hörmann door disparaged their opener and basically wouldn’t sell it to me. The other, although they had a Hörmann logo on their site insisted it was a bad product all around. Tom was super professional and said although he also sells and believes in the quality of the Liftmaster openers assured me that the Hörmann products I preferred were of high quality and something he installs frequently. His price was better to equal then other estimates, and his work was excellent and he was easy to talk too. I would highly recommend On Track!

Have used On-Track/Tom a few times, due to my deteriorating old garage. He was quick to respond and honest/fair.
