One Franklin Square

Looking at the all the low reviews, I can see how many of them could be true, but for the average person simply parking there for the sights and eateries in the area, I believe this is a great place to park. The evening rates are fairly cheap and there are plenty of parking spaces, although you must drive down to p3 to access unreserved parking, which could be inconvenient. There is a parking attendant at the entrance, but please note that the entrance to the garage is on 13th ST NW. In conclusion, this is your usual parking garage with an interesting layout, cheap prices, good location, and a parking attendant available for anyone to call.

I prebooked a parking space, I left my car overnight, the staff was nice. But when I wanted to Pick up my car the Woman was Extremely inappropriate. She screamed at the me for using the wrong lane, even though the signs said the opposite, she wanted to see my reservation even though I showed her the QR code she insisted to see the reservation and continued screaming. She even grabbed my phone when I sat at the car, and wanted so scroll through my phone. This is extremely unprofessional and she should really work on herself. If that Doesn’t get better she should get replaced, cause I wanted to park my car there for more days, and I won’t do that now, looking for another parking garage now. The parking garage layout was quite confusing. It would be helpful if management could add clearer signage indicating where general parking is located. Additionally, if the policy considers parking after midnight—even for just an hour—as overnight parking, clearer communication on this would be appreciated.

Cheapest parking we’ve ever seen in DC. Parked at 6:50pm on a Friday and came back around 11. Total cost was only $7! We were only allowed to park on P3 and P4 which was perfectly fine. They had 3 ev charging stations but you had to leave your keys with the attendant. Would definitely park here again.

The security woman at the front was extremely disrespectful and should lose her job immediately. I was early for a reserved spot and she screamed for me to get out multiple times or to pay for a new spot. I did and she threw the ticket at me. Awful, never coming again
