I shared this in the hopes of anybody looking to them for business and thinking that they have high stars see that this is just simply inconsistent information. Next, onto the nightmare of our experience. We called “one hour” heating very early and they came out about 6 hours later. No problem, as I didn’t expect them to really get there in an hour or do the work in an hour. The first tech, nice enough, had no clue how to work with our heat system. After a long week without heat, One Hour heating & air conditioning came through last minute and were able to install a brand new combination unit within a matter of hours. Kenny, Bobby, Coy, and Josh were all professional, kind, and accommodating to all of our requests. Just remember, you sometimes have to pay good money for good service, and it was worth every penny.

From start to finish, Troy, Josh, Alex, Jackson, and all who where here assisting in our central air replacement. A big thank you for your professionalism. All Of you were so polite and respectful of our property. My husband and I feel your work too be of the highest quality. Troy our sales specialist, really went out of his way to work and figure a plan within our budget. He never pushed with an attitude just to make a sale. Troy took the time and answered all our questions with knlowdge and expertise in the field. The communication within this company is wonderful! They were punctual, a very important attribute. Our service with 1 hour heating and cooling was phenomenal! Our technician, Jason got here within 3 hours of our call and had everything handled. After half an hour he knew exactly what was needed to fix our issues. He drove from York to Lancaster to pick up the parts needed and after returning had our furnace back up and running in 15 minutes. The company was more then willing to work with us for payment and I will always recommend 1 hour heating and cooling to anyone in need. Great service and more then willing to get everyone whatever they need! Jason was the best and very professional!

Kenny was excellent to work with and did a fantastic job throughout our meeting. He came in extremely prepared, communicated clearly, and made the conversation both efficient and engaging. Kenny took the time to understand my needs, answered questions thoroughly, and provided thoughtful, relevant insights without ever feeling rushed or scripted. What stood out most was his professionalism and follow-through—he anticipated questions, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure everything was aligned before wrapping up. Overall, a great experience and someone I’d be happy to work with again. Highly recommend.
