One Parking - 1100 15th St NW (Midtown Center) Garage

Enjoyed parking here. We stayed at a near by hotel and parked our car for the entirety of our stay. Spent a total of 63 hours at this parking garage. The price was very reasonable for the area. Came out to roughly $1 an hour. For overnight parking, with security, in a nice well lit building, and spacious parking spots, it was certainly worth it. Highly recommend. And no, I’m not a paid actor.

Spoke to a representative about a space for a few days in September. One of my questions was -- do you have designated motorcycle parking spots? Rep told me they don't allow motorcycles in the garage at all! What the heck. Bikes consume less space than your typical SUV or car. This is very disappointing, and discriminatory. ONE STAR.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Normal parking garages charge you from the time you park, until you leave. This parking garage charges you each day, regardless of when you arrived. We got here on a Saturday at 4:38 pm and we left Sunday at 10:30 am. Our ticket said 18 hours, not 24 hours, but they said that it didn’t matter, we had to pay each calendar day. The assistant did absolutely nothing to help and we had to ask multiple times to speak to Mike, the manager. All he did was make the situation worse and instead of helping us he insisted that we were wrong and there was nothing that could be done. After speaking to him on the phone for almost 5 minutes, we just walked away and decided to pay the $40 so we could be done with the situation. No where on the signage does it explain this and that’s exa

It is a solid spot in such a busy part of the city. Other garages are charging 60-70 a night

Don’t park here at all! Management is awful and rude. I had monthly parking and my access kept “breaking” i think they were trying to scam me
