One Parking - 1133 15th St NW Garage

One star only because I have to give at least one. Parked here on 30th December for 2 nights. You are greeted by an attendant who asks how long you want to park for. I was clear, 2 nights, leaving on the morning of 1st Jan. This morning at 10am the garage was locked, no attendant and the building next door which has the lobby elevator to the garage is also all locked. Called the out of hours number a dozen times with no answer and no ability to leave a voicemail. Called corporate and left messages on the emergency extension, no response. The security guard in the building lobby would not let me use the elevator to the garage. I ended up calling the police who also never came. We parked here yesterday overnight into today. When we pulled in, we let them know that we were staying overnight and they never once mentioned that nobody would be there until shortly after 8am this morning. Even so, they have a number you can call if it’s outside their hours for somebody to let you out… which we called numerous times with no response. We never got any response back. Someone just strolled into the lot to unlock it and never said a word about not answering our calls. I would NOT park here. There are various other reviews mentioning this same problem. Don’t bother giving them your money.

worst service and most irresponsible answer for the mistakes they made! I parked my car here for 3 nights. I was supposed come back and pick it up on Sunday noon and since they are closed over the weekend I was told that I should call a number, then someone shows up after at most 45 minutes and let you out. However, after 2 hours waiting time standing there someone shows up and tells me that they dont have a key to the garage and there is nothing they can do about it!!!!! After many many calls to the main office I could get my car out after 4-5 hours without a single apology from the manager!!! this is how they treat their customers

If I give you a debit/credit card, quit asking me if I have cash instead. Even if I do, I chose to give you my card, not cash.
