One Parking - 1300 I St NW Garage

6 EV chargers set to a slow 6 kW rate, maximum 2 hours, and they're VERY aggressive on enforcing that 2 hours. I had a meeting run long and was there for 2h 15m and found a "parking violation" threatening to have my car towed or be fined. Too slow to be worth anything for just 2 hours, too much of a hassle to bother with if you're in the building all day. Considering the commercial electric rates by PepCo, they're threatening to tow my car over PENNIES. No option for paying for charging so just avoid. There's plenty of cheaper options nearby.

Im picky where I leave my car and check several location reviews on spot hero before choosing a spot. This place had no reviews but the area looked decent. Attendant is super nice, we self parked at 9am and picked up 9pm on a Saturday. Smooth and price was right for all day. Please tip the attendant, he is there all day long until closing and still kind at the end of a long day.

This is more of a review on One Parking as a company, not on the garage itself. As a company, they deserve 0 stars. In summary, One Parking should not exist because they have proven themselves to be very unorganized and just liars. I bought a parking pass to this garage months in advance for a concert. I get to the garage, and there is a notice that stated the garage would be closed to in/out access from 10 pm that night until 12 pm next day. Not knowing what that meant, my sister and I called the customer service line to get clarification on if that meant we could not leave the garage after 10 pm.
