This is the worst experience I had even in my life!!!! First of all they are not open always, and if you didn’t take your card from the parking and left it in the car you couldn’t enter the parking!!!!! So they have a phone number in order to call it in these cases, when we called it, the guy their told us that he doesn’t want to help us! Why? No reason! We waited near to the gate for one hour until he opened the gate, although it’s just a button and he could do that in 1 sec
