One Parking Garage

This garage presents itself as 24/7 (and until 11pm on Spot Hero) but they close the garage door at 8p. The daytime female attendant is always very kind but the after hours folks who answer the after hours # seem to have no idea what's going on. Once they sent someone pretty quickly to open the door, but tonight the man was extremely rude telling me "why did you forget your car, it's closed". I told him I confirmed with the daytime attendant and she told me to call the number after 8pm. He said it was going to take 25 mins to come open the door and acted like it was MY issue that this 24/7 garage is closed when I need my car.

They closed the garage before 11pm. I walked back at 9:30 and it is all locked up! Ridiculous. Now I am waiting in the cold for my car. If you are not open till then don't advertise so!!!!! I cannot express how ridiculous this is right now.
