One Parking

Save yourself some time and money if you're driving into New York City any time soon. Park in this garage in Jersey City, then get on the PATH train going into Manhattan. From there you can get anywhere in the city. Make sure to schedule your parking ahead of time, and don't forget to admire the view of Manhattan across the Hudson when you get out.

Good location, but the parking pricing feels intentionally abusive. I prepaid $26.44 for parking from 5:30–9:30 and went only 14 minutes over and was hit with almost $19 more in fees. This wasn’t during a busy time or when the garage was full … it was nearly empty. Charging almost as much as the original cost for just minutes over the time limit feels like a predatory policy, not a fair one. It destroys trust and makes customers feel like they’re being taken advantage of. This is how you lose repeat business. You can and should do better.

Greedy with the prices. Keep raising them. No good price options for people that want to park for a short time. 1hr - $19, 2hrs - $30, then it jumps straight to 10hrs - $32… absolutely greedy. First 2 levels are all reserved parking. Additional : Monthly parking doesn’t come with a reserved spot!

Easy to find, clean, well lit parking structure, with large parking spaces. I felt save parking my car there as well as walking to/from my vehicle. Excellent location in heart of Jersey City.
