One Parking

Do Not Park here! Total scam of a garage company. They wouldn't let me back into the garage unless I gave them my cell # to send a text for me to pay $3.50. And then hung up on me when I refused. Also the rates are misleading. Beware and report this One parking business to the B&B.

This garage is a joke. Parking here was the worst decision I've made in years. Same issues with the credit card thing as most people complain about. Got charged twice. Car was broken into. They took my wallet, laptop, and some other stuff that was in my trunk. I parked by a camera just to make sure I was safe and there was no help for the parking garage company. I filled out a police report hopefully they will comply with the cops. How can a parking place not notice some guy walking through their garage trying to break into cars and not do anything about it. Why have people on site if they don't do anything and the phone support is a joke.

We got stuck in here tonight. First of all it claims to be 24/7 but the gates were closed at 1am. We had to wait for someone to leave before we could walk in to get our car. We paid in advance using ParkWhiz and then the machine wouldn’t accept the barcode. We had to pay $35 but then the machine wouldn’t accept any credit card. It wasn’t just us it was other cars as well. We called the emergency/after hours phone number and no one answered. Finally, miraculously, after trying for over 20 minutes we were able to pay and get out of there. Now we’ve paid twice and I have to deal with ParkWhiz. What a scam! Do not park here.

I had a good experience parking here last week. No one stole my stuff, payment was quick and painless. (So glad I didn’t have the negative experience the other users did!)

Yep card reader won't accept card. Help desk give number to call that goes straight to voicemail. Took 20m to get out. The person in front of us and behind had issues too
