Highly recommend them for appliance repairs! Brent was so friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush through the service, while still being efficient. He fixed our washer, and while he was here the dryer happened to be running. He noticed how hot it was, and expressed his concern about potential safety issues from lint build up. My husband checked and Brent was right! I believe we very well could have had a fire had he not brought that to our attention! 10/10, definitely give them a call.

I had such a great experience with Brent at One Source Appliance Repair! He was able to diagnose my washer issue over the phone and was completely transparent about the situation. He explained that while the problem might be fixable, it would require taking the machine completely apart and still might not be a lasting solution given its age. Instead of pushing for a repair, he said, “let’s save you your money on this one,” and even gave me honest recommendations for reliable appliance brands and a trustworthy place to buy them. I’m so appreciative of his professionalism and customer-first attitude — highly recommend!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I rather people know about this company. They will give you the run around about what is wrong with your appliance, order parts and come back weeks later to fix it. In the process of fixing it they’ll break something else and tell you to submit another warranty claim so they can come back to fix it.
