One Stop Handy

Luis and his crew did an incredible job helping us with drywall project to enclose new HVAC ducting and remove and cover old vents and air returns. He was highly responsive, provided and fair and competitive quote for the project, and worked diligently to provide a finished product we are so proud of. From the time of receiving our quote, to project completion, it was a very quick turnaround. He and his crew consulted with us each step of the way, and helped us make decisions on how to tackle the work given the challenges of working in an older home. I would highly recommend One Stop Handy for any home project, and look forward to working with Luis again in the future!

One Stop Handy does an amazing job! I'm up in Alexandria. One Stop Handy was given a list of things we needed, from kitchen appliances and doors that needed to be re-mounted, to drywall repair, to high ceiling lights that needed changing, to Wall TV mounts,... they deliver excellent quality work and fast. They must have done about 2 weeks worth of work in 2 days. Luis speaks English really well, so I asked him about other items we can add to his list, because he is super knowledgeable when it comes to repairs.

Luis has done multiple jobs for me including plumbing, carpentry, general handyman & more. What’s good is that he cares about his quality of work. I highly recommend for all your handyman needs.

Drywall repair seems ok, but painting was not professional level at all. Luis said the room would be primed and then painted with two coats. The only thing done was one coat of sloppy paint. When he came back with his subcontractor to supposedly fix the paint issues, he lied and said they did a second coat, but they only did patches. There are streaks of the old paint showing through on every wall. They also left bubbles in the carpet where the baseboard was installed and refused to fix it or adjust the price for the carpet company to fix it. Would not use again.
