One Way Septic

Preston and Chris came over to our residence in Woodstock within two hours of calling. They pumped out our septic tank and also found that our main line was broken and that is what was causing our issues. They stayed until everything was fixed and working properly. Very communicative and professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend their services and will ask for Preston and Chris when I need them again. Appreciate it guys!!

Called One Way Septic needing them to come out same day, as the other company I called never showed. Jody was able to come out within an hour to empty my septic tank in addition to replacing some filters that had stopped working properly. Honest and fair in his pricing. I’ll be using One Way Septic from now on.

From beginning to end, One Way Septic was professional, courteous and timely. I called on Monday to have my septic tank pumped; and on Wednesday Jody and Preston arrived. They went right to work; did exactly what we requested, explained the process and when they found items “biodegradable wipes” they explained the extra fee.
