AVOID THIS PARKING !!!! My car was severely damaged while parked in their lot! There is NOT 24 Attendants. The valet backed my car next to a big truck and damaged my entire passenger door! I filled out an incident report and was told the owner Will would contact me! I NEVER HEARD FROM him! $800 in damages !! I spoke to his insurance company who promised to have him call me and he never did! Multiple text messages, phone calls etc and he ignored them all!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! I can’t post the text messages on here but I will find a site to post them! This owner is a disgrace !!!! Trust me, sketchy lot with inexperienced, unlicensed kids parking your cars !!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!! They drained my battery and left my car dead and then did not want to help me jump it. My battery is not old and when I arrived from the shuttle to pick up my car they neglected to tell me they had just jump started my car to move it to the front of the lot. They left my car dead in the front driveway of the lot. I was told they do not have jumper cables even though they had just jumped it. I told them I have cables and still they did not want to help me. I asked the attendant to put me on the phone with a manager and he told me to jump it but offered us no help. The attendant who was there told me he didn't have a car to use to jump mine even though I had cables. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!! Booked a reservation several weeks in advance to leave my car in their space, and I prepaid in advance too. However, I received an email that they cancelled my reservation 1 day before, no reason was given. Had to rush to find another parking space. Luckily Bolt Parking was available. DO NOT USE PLACE TO PARK YOUR CAR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS WITH NO WARNING OR REASON GIVEN!!! 😡😡😡
