The technician arrived on time, serviced the furnace thoroughly, then installed a new 16 x 20 inch air filter. He adjusted the air flow from low to medium which has made a difference in my comfort. He was polite and instructed me on the proper steps to ensure maximum out put in service! I will use Optimal HVAC again!

Had a great experience with this company. Shawn came out to help us with our furnace. As soon as he arrived, he noticed my wife carrying bags of groceries inside the house as I was carrying my two kids inside. Without hesitation, he offered to help with the groceries and quickly grabbed several bags and brought them inside! Just that alone got my attention and I was very pleased. Shawn did a great job working on our furnace. Not only did he check the furnace, but he spent time checking out other equipment to make sure nothing else was wrong even though I didn’t ask him to. Shawn took his time with his work and made sure everything worked before leaving. We had a great time working with Optimal, who handled the natural gas hookup. The subcontractor electrical did good work but kept having to delay because of missing or wrong part. We expected them to provide the electrical hookup but they didn’t…Optimal had to construct one at the last moment. The contract should specify who provides that connection. As generator purchaser, we wouldn’t know what would be the correct connectors.
