West Coast Power Vac

I got scammed a couple years ago with a Groupon HVAC deal. I had been saving up to get another service, but I was a little nervous. This company had amazing reviews and the technicians walked me through every step in the process, showing me videos and specific ways that they clean all of their ducks. They also did my dryer vents and cleaned my furnace. One of the guys discovered that my furnace filter was half the size which is why the furnace area was filled with dust so he told me what part to get on Amazon and how often to clean it. overall I really enjoyed this experience and learning more about my house I recommend the full service to get your house healthy and safe from toxic air! The team from West Coast Power Vac cleaned our ducts today. They were very friendly, worked clean and efficient taking the time to explain everything along the way. The ducts hadn’t been cleaned for the life of the system and look forward to much better performance and way cleaner air in the house.

Matt and Alan were fantastic. They showed up on time to do some much needed duct cleaning and were very professional and informative. They outlined the process and asked if I had any questions prior to starting the work. It is very refreshing to see small businesses excel at customer service. My kids and I were having some bad allergies and I summed it up to seasonal allergies, until over a year passed and the allergies never ceased, so I did the grown up thing I'm supposed to do and got 4 quotes to have my air ducts cleaned to see if that would help. I typically do all my own home repairs and all that, but I wanted to make sure these ducts got a proper cleaning, and I don't have a 100 foot shop vac hose. I couldn’t be happier with the service from West Coast Power Vac! Our air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in 16 years, so it was a massive job. The two professionals they sent were incredibly patient, professional, and followed every protocol to a T. They used air whips and high-pressure air tools to thoroughly clean the entire house. The power of their truck-mounted vacuum system is truly impressive—on a completely different level compared to standard portable units. I was also pleased to learn that their truck is in excellent condition and has only been in service for about a year and a half. I’ve already started recommending them to neighbors and friends.
