I call the office first thing Monday morning and was greeted by a warm and very nice person. After explaining my situation I did not expect instance service but they did have a small opportunity in a couple of hours to swing by to diagnose the problem. Pristine Air showed up on time and with in a few minuets not only found the problem they fix it. First class company would definitely recommend there services .

Chuck was great. He was very informative and answered all my questions. One thing I was impressed about was his punctuality. Had an appointment for 8 to 10 and he showed up right at 8. Would definitely recommend him to other people in the community.

I called requesting tune up service on an existing HVAC system and dryer vent clean out in a new home I purchased. I was given an appointment for the next day. They gave me a promotional pricing I did not know about as well as a new promotional discount on top. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. The technician, Cody, could not have been more knowledgeable. When he evaluated the dryer vent he informed me it was clean and did not need service. He took it off the bill! I definitely recommend Pristine Air Services.

I couldn’t be happier . My furnace went out days before Christmas, on a Friday ! I was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment on their website using a user friendly scheduling calendar with real time appointment windows. I’m a little technology challenged, and this was super easy. They scheduled my appointment first thing the following Monday. Joseph came over and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the part (capacitor) in his truck and I was back up and running! Now, we won’t have to open Xmas presents huddled around a space heater this year 🙌🎄 It was much cheaper than I thought as well tbh .
