Optimize Heating/AC & Plumbing

Called Optimize for an estimate on replacing the plumbing on my quad-plex. After several weeks I finally got a call back to schedule them to come out to take a look at the job. I was happy that they were willing to come out after 5pm; however, I never received the estimate. Called and text several times to make sure there wasn't a mistake in obtaining my email address but they refused to answer my calls and texts. Very poor customer service. If they were too busy to do the work a call back explaining such would have been nice. Would not recommend.

Had them install our new central air, Clay and his crew did a great job were here when he said they would be, super friendly cleaned up their mess, answered all my questions, called me back as well. Very reasonable would definitely use for my heating and cooling needs quality service. Thank You Clay and Crew.

Clay and his team were very professional. They installed new plumbing and rerouted heating along with installing a wireless thermostat. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. All the workers were friendly and cleaned the work area before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Twice now they've been able to fit me in same day and get my furnace back in working order. Friendly, professional, quality service.

Once we determined the equipment we wanted Clay and his staff came in the morning removed all the old equipment including the water heater and installed new and had it all tested and operating by the end of the day. Old equipment hauled away also and cleaned up.
