Noah went above and beyond. I am happy with the service since we needed this done in time for the holidays. Noah was very flexible and accommodating. The prices are very competitive and reasonable in comparison to other companies. The customer service from Vanessa and Pricilla was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company. Update: There was an issue with the previous toilet. I reached out to the Manager Brennan and he was fantastic! I really appreciate the customer service and follow through. We were able to collaborate, come to a fair solution, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the work. The technician Jacob and Casey were excellent, professional, and super accommodating. I’ve used this company before for drain cleaning, and all went well, but this time was frustrating. I was charged $50 for a diagnostic on my water heater and never got a clear explanation of the issue. I called twice for clarification and never heard back. They quoted $1,000 for labor and $3,000 for a new unit with labor, but the fix ended up being $10. If you’re going to charge for a diagnostic, at least explain what’s actually wrong instead of just recommending a new unit. Would not recommend.

Option One came highly recommended from family. Travis was the star of the show. Travis and his team showed up on time and ready to roll. Travis explained everything, every step of way. Travis’s knowledge about the plumbing business is amazing! Option One saved my newly remodeled home from flooding. Option One left my home , from the huge trench they dug, better than how they found it! This was a huge plumbing job and I’m thankful I called Option One. I’d like to add one more thing. Option One is a great company to use when you need great plumbing services. Brandon was a huge help. He was able to come in and fix our damaged pipe quickly. He was very friendly and did a great job helping us out in a pinch.
