Options Paving

We have worked with Options for a handful of years now; we have had great communication and are pleased with the seal job that was done on our driveway. The employees have been pleasant to speak with and very professional. Highly recommend.

I contracted a small job with Options to repair the end of my 20-year-old driveway where a large pothole had formed. They were easy to work with, the estimate was good, they got me on the schedule fairly quickly, and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. They are coming back in a couple in a couple weeks to seal coat the whole driveway. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

As a manager of a company that has been doing business with them for over 10+ years. I have to say that we only do business with like-minded individuals. The Products & Service that Options Paving & Concrete provides is top shelf! They always arrive on time & are quick with change orders, which has been keeping our operation running as strong as every other day. Product quality is exceptional. Enough said!

I unfortunately cannot speak to the quality of their work. Because I got ZERO work completed. I started speaking with Options in May to get my driveway. I stressed numerous times that it needed to be completed by mid-July (prior to our graduation party). It was going to be a complete tear out and redo. I sent my $2000 deposit and was told I could then get on the schedule and the work would be completed “easily” in 3 weeks. After not hearing from them after submitting deposit…and having to chase them down I was scheduled for June 4th +/- 3 days due to weather. June 4 came & went without any work and without a phone call. I called the office who seemed to have no idea I was scheduled. Spoke to Brion who apologized profusely and promised to get us scheduled. No call back to get us on the book

Each year Options does an excellent job seal-coating my parents driveway. It is always "neatly done and done right". This says a lot coming from my father who is a stickler of such things. In our experience, everyone encountered in the business is professional and courteous. They have been in the industry for a very long time and it shows. I highly recommend them!
