Elevator broken, no warning so if you can’t do stairs you are out the money to get back out. There is no way this is ADA complaint and for a medical facility parking lot that’s disgusting.

Why is this space a parking lot? Would be much more useful as housing, hotel, or retail space (or ideally something mixed use)
