Orange County Floor Store

Probably the worst experience I have ever had while working on my home. The installer did a horrible job - the installer blamed Don- Don blamed the installer. My floor never got fixed. After almost 2 years of trying to get my floor fixed I gave up and paid someone else over $2000 to fix the poor install job. They act super friendly but the minute they have your money and there is an issue - they could care less about actually fixing anything. Probably the worse part is that they act like they care. I would rather they just tell me they didn't so I could have just paid someone a long time ago and moved on. Don't be fooled.

Professional in every way, with Don guiding us on every step. They do excellent work, and kudos to the crew, Roberto and Raphael.

Great selection, friendly family owned store and fair prices. I have used them for two different projects and they do excellent work.
