Phillip was INCREDIBLE!! So kind, fast, and so helpful! He was patient, as I had my 3yr old with me, and helped me figure out my battery issue, and replaced it asap. Any car issues help I might need moving forward, I’ll come here first. Thank you Phillip!!!!!!

straight up bomb. justin the diesel guy is 100% the friendliest auto parts store guy I've ever talked to. super helpful, super understanding, even offered to help us in the parking lot. made like 8 trips here over the course of 3 days and every one was just an absolute joy. i'd live here if i could.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't thank O'Reilly's enough for the amazing customer service! I accidentally locked myself out of my car, and an employee named Anthony came to the rescue. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and quickly helped me unlock my car. I was honestly stressed and embarrassed, but Anthony was so calm and kind, making the whole experience much easier to handle. This type of exceptional service is rare these days, and it truly made my day. O'Reilly’s is lucky to have such a helpful and caring team member. I'll definitely be coming back for all my auto needs!

The employees are always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have great prices and so many things I’ve never heard of… like a liquid that seals the inside of your radiator so you can prolong the, I assume,inevitable , necessary replacement. Pretty nifty.
