Four years ago we used Wipeout for an infestation of rats in our attic. They were great! They inspected for possible entry points and thoroughly sealed them. They then set a total of ten spring traps in our two attic spaces and the results happened quickly. They returned five days later and emptied/reset six traps that had kills. They repeated weekly visits for the next four weeks (five visits total) and by week three, the body count was twenty eight! When weeks four and five produce no new kills, the problem was deemed solved. They left the traps set though in case any stragglers got caught, but when I checked them over the next couple of weeks, they were empty. So a very thorough and effective result. Called late in morning and asked for rodent check up and possible extermination. Told the receptionist that as long as they arrived before 3pm (since I leave for work). One of their technicians, River, got here an hour and a half later. I kind of expected a little later. It was to my surprise he came and did a thorough inspection around the house, which includes attic and underneath the crawlspace. After which I asked a few questions, and did not receive a service fee, since I did not seem to have any pertinent rodent issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service when available. It was prompt and professional! Keep up the good service.

Love this family-owned business! Clayton serviced our home as a part of our monthly pest extermination. He, as well as our constant service tech, River, are professional, friendly, and efficient at handling our common problem pests. They also brush our house eaves and clear away cobwebs, etc. Highly recommend this business.
