Our property management company hired this roofing company to replace our roof and they were very rude, when I found a hole in my ceiling, I immediately brought it up with them and they kept asking me if it was caused by their work. Can I climb up and poke a hole in this high ceiling by myself? And if your employee fell down and caused this hole, why didn't the person in charge come to me to say something? On the contrary, when I went to notify your workers, they still didn't seem to believe that they had caused the hole. I understood accidents happen, but this is an unacceptable way to handle things. Then they used a plastic sheet to patch it up, not even a piece of tape, so every day after that, my house kept falling dust and wood shavings because of their work, and it has been 5 days s
