Wonderful experience, carpet looks fantastic! Didn’t realize it was THAT dirty. What a difference. The gentleman were awesome and carried it upstairs and got it all situated for me. Great service will be using them again in the future.

Repaired/replaced fringe and cleaned (I had it cleaned elsewhere that made colors run). The also fixed that problem. The rug looks brand NEW. I couldn’t be happier. Also the men that picked up and delivered it were terrific. When you have an expensive rug you have to take it to the best.

I wish I had before pictures. My condo did not look this good when I moved in. Kris did an amazing job, professional and kind. I am so happy with the work and will recommend them 100%.

Happy with the cleaning service. Pick-up and delivery were on-time. Price was competitive. Communication on all aspects of transaction was seamless. They cleaned a Persian, a synthetic and a wool rug. A problem arose with the synthetic but they addressed the issue promptly and courteously. Everyone I dealt with at Oriental was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction.
