Andrew was great and super knowledgeable, he said we needed to have the home inspected by them for free. I thought that was what the fist visit was for but somehow the communication at scheduling missed that. Not Andrew's fault. And I've used Orkin for bug problems at my old house and they were awesome then so I knew who I was calling for our rodent problem here. Andrew scheduled our free inspection for next Saturday and sprayed and put down traps throughout the house today. Oh yeah and the bes part was the price! We got a great starting price of $118 instead of $189 (I think it was) and $52.50 a month. They will come out as many times as you want each month. One little misshap can happen in any company. Giving them the benefit of doubt that will get better. 5⭐ from us!

I haven't had a full/complete service from them yet! The "inspector" was the only tech that came to my home with his own ladder to be able to access my attic! I've had total of 4 visits, and I had to go purchase a ladder myself, JUST so Orkin techs could access my attic. But I'm so confused, because in the beginning they claim to inspect and ensure every inch of my home, but how can that be done if they dont have ladders to access attics??? But orkin definitely still charges you FULL price, for services they claim to provide, but never provide them!!! Been promised outdoor bait stations for rodents..still haven't received them....and today was the first time, a tech sprayed something inside my home....there is zero consistency between techs with their duties! Michelle took the time to track down the issues we called about. She showed up early, was very professional, thorough in her process and did all this in a timely fashion.

Technician spent about 3 minutes at my residence spraying. Missed in front of the garage where the majority of insects enter. Also avoided going around my mini barn where ants are now thriving. Spent more time in their vehicle filling out paperwork? I paid a year in advance, was told I would get treated every month. I was obviously skipped in the winter, I’m fine with that. Weather broke and I received service every 2 months. Long story short I spent well over a grand for about 20 minutes of work. I could’ve accomplished the same results with a few cans of insecticide.
