DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My 7 month contract was canceled without me knowing only 5 months into the contract. When I called to ask why the woman who answered the phone didn’t want to answer my questions, couldn’t give me a timeframe of when I would be called back, and honestly acted like she could care less! It’s always something with this office and they’re never kind about fixing their own mistakes. Use somebody else so you don’t have to experience this headache. Barnes Exterminators was much kinder and easier to work with. I’ll never work with this company again because of this office. Terrible experience. The Orkin Pro was awesome very friendly and polite. He knew exactly what to do from what I had told Orkin Co. on the phone and Preston got after it I think the only thing.that kinda slowed him down was us asking so many questions but he took the time to answer all of them and without laughing at a few of them. We were overwhelmed with a roach infestation. We called orkin and within two weeks we were sleeping a lot easier. Tommy (the technician) has been curious punctual and very thorough. We appreciate their hard work to solve the huge issue we were having.

Rob has come twice now, he’s great. We haven’t seen a single roach since Orkin first came, months ago now. So glad we called them at the first sign!
